I would arrange a meet up to engage in further discussions on the deal. We can meet in person. Once agreed. I will impose a fee of RM100 for handling and another RM100 for security deposite (the security deposite will be deducted from the selling price when buyer pays full amount).
I will require 3 days to obtain the laptop and do any reformatting (if required).
We would meet again after three days and buyer inspects the laptop, and pays the remaining amount.
Biggs Garage reserves the right to refuse a deal non-serious and problematic customers.
Buyers concerns :
1) Are these second hand laptops any good, what about the conditions?
I recommend these items as if I were buying it for myself. Before getting the stock I would personally check and test the laptops to ensure that my customers get the best items. Although please understand to meaning of the word "2nd hand or used items" some cosmetic imperfections like minor scratches are unavoidable.
2) Do you provide warranty?
NO! buyers are expected to fully test the items before paying full amount.
3) What if after taking a look at the laptop I would like to change my mind and refuse it.
NO problem!! If you wish to refuse the item, please take note that your security deposit WILL NOT be refunded. No hard feelings.
4) What is the "handling fee" for?
We impose a handling fee of RM100 so that you just relax and wait for your laptop. We do all the work like transportation, checking, reformatting etc.
5) Is this a scam? What if you run away with my RM200???
- NO this is not a scam.
- Thats why I encourage for biggs.garage and buyer to arrange a meet up before commiting to a deal.
- Thats why the processing period is very short. Only 3 days
