1) Q: I really like the item that I see but I'm on a tight budget, could the price be lowered?

A: All our prices are usually the best price and a really good deal compared to market price and other online portals. However some prices are negotiable if stated and you are welcomed to offer us through email.

2) Q: Are your items new or used?

A: Most of our items are used unless stated NEW. All our items are tested working before being posted for sale. We do not sell faulty items unless stated "faulty" or "for parts". We provide a description of the item for example, mint, 95% scratchless etc...

What about the warranty for items sold?

A: Unless warranty is provided from the manufacturer (usually for items less than a year old), no warranty is provided. Please test the items carefully when meet up.

4) I am from out side of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, can you post to my place?

A: We do not do postage, however you are welcome to give us a contact number if you have a friend or relative in KL/Selangor and we can meet up with them. they can post it to you...

5) I am from outside of Malaysia can you post? I will bank in your accout using western union bla bla bla...

A: No means NO!!! NO BUYERS from outside of MALAYSIA!!!!

6) I have this handphone but I would like to trade it in to purchase a laptop, is this possible?

A: YES!! Trade is allowed but depending on your item. Please email us details of the item like the model, specs, package, age, etc....

7) Do you have a shop? could I come to browse ur other items?

A: Unfortunately we do not have a shop, we only do online trading, please browse this website for the items that are currently on sale.
